Christmas was a great time reflecting on Christ birth!
David reading the Christmas story to Hunter, Brianna, Noah and Emma!
We are singing Happy Birthday to Jesus. The pancake is the birthday cake!
Brianna enjoying her first Snuggie from Uncle Daniel, Anut Zee, Noah, and Emma!
David trying on Brianna's Snuggie! He looks very cute in pink!
She received the movie "Harry and the Hendersons"! She loves this movie and wants to watch it everyday. After she opened every present she said "I have waited my whole life for this". David and I were laughing so hard because she is only 4 years old.
Hunter received his first BB gun! Leading up to Christmas I encouraged him to watch the movie "A Christmas Story" so he could understand the phrase "You'll shoot your eye out". When he opened it his eyes were really big and a grin that was indescribable came upon his face. He has been out in the yard shooting cans ever since.
They could not believe how much snow we got. It started snowing Christmas night and did not stop until lunch time the following day. We ended up with 9 inches of snow. Next, came the question "Can we go out and play in it?"
In our neighborhood there is some huge hills. We went sledding with our neighbors the Hendersons!
I am so cold but this is so fun!
This was our first Christmas with Daisy. She is a Maltipoo and is 3 years old.
Crash and burned! Can I get some help here? and why are you taking a picture of me when I need help? Hunter was covered in snow from head to toe but loved every minute of it.
All of the things we do create memories either for loved ones or ourselves! Entering 2011 I am more aware of that then ever. Brianna asked me last night "How old am I going to be when I get married". I explained I did not know but that God already knew the answer and the person. Hunter will be turning 10 this year. He is getting taller everyday. Time does fly. As I look over my life with family I ask myself "What kind of legacy am I creating and leaving behind?" I want to finish my race strong! We are not promised our next breath. Take every opportunity to share Christ love and free gift of salvation. Entering 2011 our family has many adventures planned already. Life is busy but I want to make the most of everything in 2011!!
We have had a blast this holiday season and to top it all off it snowed 9 inches at our house!
I so enjoy reading your blog. Great pictures and the picture of David wearing the snuggie made me laugh.
